Ordering Procedure
If you do not want to register an account with us, simply check out as a guest and follow the instructions to place your order. If you have an account with us, you can process and submit your order and it will automatically be recorded in the MY ORDERS section of your account.
Changing an Order
Please contact us by email at contact@ruegembon.com to find out if it is possible to modify your existing order. Please be advised that once an order has been finalized we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Adding Existing Item to an Order
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us at contact@ruegembon.com - we will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
Information Regarding Pre-order Items
We hate waiting too but trust us, it's worth the wait. Pre order items are clearly specified on the product page with it's estimated delivery time. It takes a little longer than usual because most pre-order items are all best sellers with a waiting list. We are unable to cancel invoices with pre-order items.
Order Error Message
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your payment information, billing or shipping address. Your shipping address should match exactly to what is on your authorized form of payment. Please review all information closely and look for any mistakes.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. Your authorized form of payment will be charged once your order is processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option to view order. It will indicate whether your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is still being held for release. Once your order has been shipped you can visit http://www.speedpost.hk anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipment by inserting the tracking number supplied.

Shipping times will vary based on the service selected at checkout, please refer to our shipping section for further information. Rue Gembon cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.
Add Items to an Order Just Placed

Change or Cancel Your Order

Promotional Codes
Promotion codes are only applicable to the indicated time frame on the promotional/ marketing materials. The discount will be reflected after the discount code has been entered during the check out process. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. It also cannot be applied to previous orders.

Return Policy
We completely get it and we want you to be absolutely in love with your new Rue Gembon order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order back to us. Returns must be received within 14 days from the days from receipt of receiving your package. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. If the removal tags have been removed Rue Gembon reserves the right to refuse your return. Please note original shipping changes are non-refundable.
Return Procedure
Please emails us at contact@ruegembon.com and we will send you a return form. Follow the instructions on the return form included in your Rue Gembon order and return your items within 14 days of receiving your package to the address below. Please make sure to include your Order # on the outside of the package.

Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you to send the returned merchandise in a padded envelope.

All returns must be new and unworn. Upon receipt of returned goods, Rue Gembon reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. We will process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible for you. All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. We strongly suggest you select the most economical method possible to save return shipping cost.
Non-returnable Items
Please note all items purchased on final sale are non-refundable. Items purchased with a promotional code is also non-refundable.

Why do i need to register?
Because we want you to get first dibs on all good stuff. You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access.

You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.
What if i forget my password?
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Simply click on “forgot password” and then we will send you an email with a change password link. Click on the provided link and create a new password. How easy is that?
How do i make changes to my account profile?
Log into your account, and you can edit your personal information as well as both your shipping and billing address.
Will my personal information be kept private?

How do i know which items are in stock?
If an item is low in stock, a “Low Stock” notification will appear. If a style is out of stock, an notification will appear that the item is currently out of stock. However some items that are out of stock may become available again, so please check our “back in stock” section on the Rue Gembon home page.

Please note that putting an item in your shopping bag does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.
Can you reserve an item to buy later
At the moment we do not provide a holding service on our website however we do have a exclusive section for pre-order items.

When it comes to all things delicates, we pay extra attention. And like all fine things, it needs more TLC. As jewelry lovers, here’s a few tips we’ve learnt :

Liquids and plated metals don’t get along so always remove the jewelry before showering or exercising. And if you want some extra shine ? Buff your delicate piece with a dry cloth and give it a good gentle wipe. Store your jewelry in our Rue Gembon pouch or in a dry place, it’ll help extend its color and luster meaning you’d be able to show it off more often.
